Journey of Preparation

Akshat has not received any formal General Studies coaching.

He never felt the need to attend classes for an extended period.

Instead, he would set his own preparation goals for each day and complete them by the end of the day.

Akshat also worked at the Samsung Research and Development Institute in Bangalore.

He attended India International School in Jaipur for his secondary education.

During his graduation and school days, he is very interested in extracurricular activities.

Choosing the Appropriate Optional Subject

First and foremost, he read the entire curriculum, as should every applicant.

Then he meticulously studied every word of the syllabus and devised a strategy.

For completing the entire curriculum in a reasonable amount of time.

He planned to complete the entire GS and Mains syllabus before Prelims.

As a result, he took brief notes to rewrite them later.

Jain didn’t read much, but he did read everything he referred to.

His elective course was anthropology. He chose this course because its curriculum was extremely practical.
