Bryce Hall Involved in a Fight at a Los Angeles Restaurant
According to police documents filed in court.
Hall then allegedly blew vape smoke into Fernando’s face,
“posing an unconscionable COVID-19 threat during a worldwide airborne pandemic.”
According to the documents, Fernando then attempted to evict Hall when one of his friends “went berserk”
And the pair “began physically attacking and punching Mr. Fernando.”
Fernando claimed he did not throw punches during the altercation
And Hall “began choking him from behind with his arm around Mr. Fernando’s neck” for 30 seconds at one point.
According to the complaint, Fernando suffered “a broken hand, a bruised face.
And the pain from being punched in the ribs, and neck and back injuries.

Hernan Fernando, the restaurant’s co-owner, sued Hall in April for the battery.
Also sued him for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress
And engaging in acts of violence motivated by race, national origin, citizenship, and immigration status.
Fernando, a Mexican immigrant, claimed Hall used racial slurs to refer to him.
He Faced No Charges
Bryce Hall will not face charges for his role in a fight at a Los Angeles restaurant last year.
According to TMZ, Hall, 22, was being investigated for felony battery.
Before having his case transferred to the City Attorney’s office, which only handles misdemeanors.
Hall will receive a verbal warning rather than a misdemeanor charge at an upcoming City Attorney hearing.
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from PEOPLE.
The first incident occurred on Oct. 19 and was first reported by TMZ.
Which posted video footage of Hall in an altercation with a Cinco Mexican restaurant employee.
The two were seen intertwined as they fell to the ground, colliding with each other..
And collided with other tables in the outdoor dining area.
Following the fight, Hall was seen laughing and walking away.
