From 1999 to 2006, the pair were married for seven years and had two daughters together, twins Sophia and Isabella.
During the divorce proceedings, Muggli accused Strahan of having an extramarital affair with Dr. Ian Smith, the co-host of the health talk show The Doctors.
In court, Muggli stated, “Michael moved into Ian’s one-bedroom apartment.” “And you could argue that an alternative way of living arose.” Her lawyer intervened at this time to prevent her from going any farther.
Muggli also filed a domestic violence complaint against Strahan, alleging that he physically beat her.

According to The Daily Mail, Muggli’s ex-girlfriend, Marianne Ayer, sought a restraining order against her.
Ayer accused Strahan’s ex of a number of heinous offenses in her complaint, including harassment, forceful contact and coercion, disorderly conduct, and grand larceny.
Muggli allegedly threatened her at gunpoint (the handgun was a forgery, but Ayer was unaware) and even harmed her pets by kicking her German Shepard.
