The Murder
Kay Flock, an aspiring New York Drill rapper, updated his followers on his current legal situation after being arrested for the murder of a barbershop customer in Harlem last December.
According to The Daily News, Flock, 18, was arrested on December 23, 2021, for allegedly killing Oscar Hernandez, who had been waiting to get his haircut on the morning of December 16, 2021.
According to police, Before they got into an argument, Flock walked by the open door and asked Hernandez what he was looking at.
Outside the barbershop, the argument erupted, and Hernandez was fatally shot in the neck. Hernandez’s family claimed that his death was a homicide.

Perez was arrested on December 23, 2021, after allegedly shooting and killing Oscar Hernandez, 24, in Harlem, New York.
According to the New York Police Department, Perez walked past a barbershop near the crime scene on December 16, 2021, opened the door, and asked Hernandez what he was looking at before walking away.
Hernandez allegedly fled the shop before being shot in the neck and back by Perez. Hernandez died as a result of his injuries at Mount Sinai Hospital.
On December 23, after being named as the primary suspect in the investigation, Perez surrendered to the NYPD. He is currently being held on Rikers Island on first-degree murder charges.
